Refund Policy

Details on conditions and process for fee refunds

Reason Cancelled by Refund (Self Finance or Loan Process)
Program has been cancelled University Full refund of Program Fee, Examination Fee and Registration Fee.
If request is made up to March 15th, 2026 (15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission). Student/University 100% Refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee with a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing fee.
If request is made between March 16th to 31st, 2026 (less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission). Student/University 90 %Refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee.
If request is made between April 01st to April 15th, 2026 (15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission). Student/University 80% Refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee.
If request is made between April 16th to April 30th, 2026 (30 days or less but more than 15 days after formally notified date of admission). Student/University 50% Refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee.
If request is made more than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission or any other cases over and above post commencement:
a) Student fails to pay subsequent semester fees
b) Student detained because of backlogs
c) Student if paid Yearly / All Year Program Fee
Student/University 0%, Refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee.
